ASSISTANT ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE ($3000-$4000/AWS/VB)ref: CK

$4K + AWS + VB + allowance

5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours

Location: Central

Responsibilities

• Supports accounts payable functions(3 Way Matching, Posting, Filing etc)
• Assist in the daily/ad-hoc office administrator duties
• Process payment to vendor on monthly and timely basis
• Process Workers’ Transport Claims
• Process daily incoming and outgoing mails
• Handle incoming queries
• Compile and submit stationery and refreshment requisition to Operation
• Maintain proper filing system to ensure smooth documentation

Requirements

• Diploma in Accounting or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of Singapore income tax rules, procedures and guidelines is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
