Salary Range: S$2800 + Bonus

Responsibilities
- Diagnose, troubleshoot problems in several areas including operating systems, application
- Work together with Lead Engineer to resolve complex technical issues and deliver according to the timeline
- Respond positively to change requirements and drive continual improvement of support practices with customers for application deployment
- Keep track of outstanding tickets and update client proactively on resolution status
- Document troubleshooting methodology and resolution steps and participate in system testing and
- Maintain constant performance towards company key performance indicator (KPI)
- Provide 1st and 2nd Level support for e-Commerce application & systems
Requirement:
- Diploma in Information Technology or similar qualifications
- Hands on experience in Microsoft Operating Systems
- Basic knowledge in the following are also strongly encouraged to apply: JSP, ASP, Microsoft SQL, Web/Application server Technologies, E-commerce
- Experience in configuring web and application servers such as Apache HTTP, Resin, JBOSS AS, Apache Tomcat or Web Logic
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Organized, self-motivated, enthusiastic and proven rapid learning capability
