Location: East
Responsibilities
- Understand, support and maintain existing in-house developed application used across business group and subsidiaries.
- Gather, understand and document user business requirements pertaining to IT system.
- Identify improvements or enhancements that can be done in the existing system to improve system and process efficiency and effectiveness.
- Design, develop, test and implement new modules, new system solution or modification to existing system based on user business requirements or identified enhancements.
- Evaluate applicable new technologies that can improve or create new possibilities to help the company achieve business objectives.
- Create system documentation.
- Create system user’s manual and conduct user training when required.
- Work with various teams to develop a statement of work.
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Information Systems or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in Windows and web-based development using Microsoft Visual Studio .Net is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
