Location: East
Responsibilities
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving in engineering application.
- Conduct standard & customized product presentation
- Address customer CBIs and show how the solution can benefit the customer.
- Conduct product benchmark to proof our solutions capabilities.
- Build strong relations with end users, technical/operation managers.
- Conduct after-sales CAD/CAM training to customers.
- Provide technical contents & ideas for marketing materials.
- Provide timely email, phone, remote access, on-site technical support.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (preferred)
- Have min 1 year of SOLIDWORKS experience
- Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply .
- Be willing to take ownership and responsibility for assigned duties.
