Responsibilities
- Manages a Proposal Team across APAC, and provides coaching, mentoring and developmental guidance to the staff to grow their skill sets. Manages the workload of Proposal Team, and ensures equal distribution of work and responsibilities across the team.
- Creates proposal strategy and value propositions for multiple sectors and clients.
- Co-Leads the Go-No-Go Process with the Top Opp Sponsor and Partner in Charge. Influences the Partners on which opportunities are worth pursing through strategic and commercial alignment discussions.
- Responsible for the quality and consistency of the Company’s professional image in all client communications, proposals, and other related collateral.
- Directs, creates and publishes market-specific presentations, project-specific qualifications material, and develop and implement proposal and qualifications strategies.
- Coordinates administrative resourcing across APAC for local proposal support.
- Creates proposal and other related best practices to use across APAC, and provides training internally and to administrative resources in those areas.
- Interfaces with firm leadership across APAC to incorporate new strategy elements in the proposal process.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering/Science or related field from an accredited college or university or demonstrated equivalent.
- 8 to 15 years of experience in Professional Services Marketing Management and Bid & Proposals Management
- Experience in environmental consulting or architecture and/or engineering firm
- Broad knowledge of a program management, sales and marketing
