AP Accounts Executive($3500K+AWS+VB) ref:JT

Full Time Central, East December 1, 2021 Accounting & FInance/ Audit/ Tax

5 working days, Mon – Fri

Salary range: $2800 – $3500 + AWS + VB
Location: Ubi

Review and verify all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment Check
Tally the invoices against attachment (DO, PR & PO)
Set invoices up for payment and disbursement. Enter and upload invoices into system
Track expenses and process expense reports
Reconcile accounts payable transactions Prepare analysis of accounts
Match invoices to cheques, obtain all signatures for cheques
Correspond with vendors and respond to inquiries Assist with month end closing
Responsible for maintaining petty cash drawer and reconciled monthly, ensure all petty cash voucher signed

Requirements

Min diploma in accountancy
Min 2 years accounting experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP is a plus
Meticulous and organized to meet the submission timeframe
