Location: Central
Responsibilities
- Process and carry out end-to-end submissions for funding and accreditation with funding agencies including IBF, IMDA and SSG.
- Processing applications for funding, target 1-2 new programs every week.
- Coordinate with Marketing/B2C team to ensure that the Singapore portals for these programs reflect the appropriate information.
- Submission of claims to funding agencies through gathering the necessary documents. Establish an efficient process for the same.
- Processing APAC B2B enrolments for Open Enrolment programs end-to-end, ensuring invoices are sent to clients, for both funded and non-funded participants.
- Supporting program execution in admin matters including creating survey forms, sending out reminders etc.
- All other administrative matters in support of the APAC B2B team.
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements
- At least 5 year of related working experience & knowledge in a related field is preferred.
- Excellent time management and organization skills.
- Background in finance advantageous but not compulsory.
- Possess a positive attitude, meticulous and organized.
