$3K + AWS + VB + allowance
5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours
Location: Central
Responsibilities
- To raise purchase order for supplies, sub-consultants and etc
- Submission of progress payment claims, raise tax invoice
- Liaise with clients and business partners on claim and payment matter
- Provide clerical and administrative support to colleagues and manager such as document registrar, document preparation, data entry and filing, update and preparation of reports
- Provide admin support for projects and coordinate site staff related matters such as time sheet, leave application, training, medical claim, attendance and so on
- Liaise with HR and IT for corporate asset management, for example employee laptop, staff pass and etc
- Maintain proper inventory control
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements
- Minimum Degree/Diploma in relevant fields or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
