Location: Central
Responsibilities
- To perform reception, registrations, walk in and administration of client visits in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
- Answer phone calls, emails regarding our services.
- Manage calendars and appointments scheduling for a team of psychologists, speech & occupational therapists.
- Invoicing and collection of payments.
- Provide admin support in all aspects of centre operations and good follow up on emails and calls received.
- Exceptional customer service delivered in a timely manner
- Work as part of the administrative team in a fun and multi-cultural environment.
- Maintain high standards with strong attention to detail. Thorough and accurate when accomplishing assigned tasks.
Requirements
- Diploma holders in any discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office and strong office administration skills
- A good team player with good interpersonal & conflict resolution skills.
