5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours
Location: Alexandra
Responsibilities
- Daily accounting duties (AP & AR)
- Prepare GIRO, cheques, remittances as well as journals for all payments
- Handle monthly closing activities
- Liaise with auditors
- Updating of accounting entries which includes sales data into in-house system
- Reconcile statement of account for suppliers
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Finance / Accountancy or equivalent
- With 1 – 2 years of relevant experience
- Proficient in SQL / Quickbook
- Well-organized and responsible
- No experience is welcomed to apply
