5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours
Location: Tampines
Responsibilities
- Order office stationery and supplies
- Maintain internal databases
- Maintain a filing system for data on customers and external partners
- Distribute incoming and outgoing mail
- Organize, store and print company documents as needed
- Answer and redirect phone calls
- Handle queries from managers and employees
Requirements
- Min GCE ‘O’ Level / GCE ‘A’ Level / NITEC / Diploma / Degree in any discipline
- Min. 2 years experience as admin
- Good MS office skills
- Possess excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
- Meticulous with good organizational and research skills
- Able to start immediate
