5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours
Location: North
Responsibilities
- Management (Screening) of incoming calls – calls to GM & Directors to be screened
- Arrangement of courier service for all Departments administrative documents;
- Filing/scanning & copying of work (where requires)
- Inventory Management – Pantry and Office stationaries
- Maintaining / replenish of First Aid Kit;
- Updating and maintaining of telecommunication system – speed dial list / intercom list
- Maintaining corporate list of Motor Vehicle –
- Co-ordination with custodians for vehicle inspection (if any)
Requirements
- Diploma in any discipline, Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
- proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
