$3500 + AWS + VB + allowance
5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours
Location: Central
Responsibilities
- Assist in troubleshooting, diagnosis, rectify any fault and perform repair works on VRV, DX system, Chilled Water Air Side FCU
- Perform Preventative Maintenance and ensure all M&E system operate efficiently and conform to operating standards
- Attend to urgent complaints and repair work on Air-conditioning, Mechanical & Electrical system
- Daily update on work progress to Client
- Coordination with sub-contractors on any maintenance/repair/project works
- Preparation of service report for client acceptance upon completion of service or repair work
- Lead a team of technician to perform maintenance and repair work
- Conduct onsite risk assessment and toolbox meeting briefing
Requirements
- Diploma with a concentration in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or relevant discipline
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Good communication and negotiation skill
- Energetic, flexible and innovative
