Accounts Executives ($2800-$4K+AWS+VB) ref:JT

Full Time Various Locations February 17, 2022 Accounting & FInance/ Audit/ Tax

$3K-$4K +AWS + VB + allowance
5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours

Location: Various (more than 1 vacancy)

Oversee daily activities of the accounting team and manage full set of book
Prepare and submit management and operation reports
Handle GST matters & submission of GST monthly reporting
Prepare for yearly budget and handle stock take
Monitor accounting and related systems for accuracy & completeness
Maintain and improve internal accounting control, systems, and processes
Fixed assets management and conduct annual fixed assets verification exercise
Liaise with internal and external auditors & tax agents on audit and tax matters
Prepare draft financial statements for companies which are subjected to statutory audit

Requirements

Accounting certificate / Diploma in Accounting
Min 2 years accounting experience
No experience is welcomed to apply for Junior roles (partial accounts)
Detailed orientated
