$3500 + AWS + VB + allowance
5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours
Location: Central
Responsibilities
- Perform day to day financial transactions including preparing billings and payments and bank account administration matters for entities within the Group
- Perform vendors’ and intercompany balances reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies
- Process staff claims and reimbursements
- Maintain an updated record of bank signatories, vendor counterparty details, supplier information
- Preparation of cash balances and cash flow forecast
- Perform month end closing and prepare monthly financial statements, journal entries, and accounting schedules
- Support budgeting, forecasting, ad-hoc reporting and other tasks as assigned
- Support Finance improvement projects eg system implementation on a need basis
Requirements
- Diploma in Accountancy/LCCI Higher qualifications or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft offices and computer skills
- Knowledge of Xero and SAP accounting system is a plus
