ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE ($2800-$3300/AWS/VB)ref: JK

$3300 + AWS + VB + allowance

5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours

Location:  Central

Responsibilities

• In charge of full set of accounts including financial reporting
• GST report for filing
• AP to suppliers, GL, Assist in AR collection & doubtful debt monitoring
• Perform monthly reconciliation
• Hands-on inventory management will be an added advantage
• Strong analytical mind and operation sense in a fast pace environment
• Liaise with external stakeholders, auditors, tax agents, etc
• Ad hoc duties

Requirements

• Diploma in accounting or equivalent
• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant working experience
• Proficient with MS Office application
• Experience in accounting software, namely Autocount, Navision and Acumatica is a plus
