$3500 + AWS + VB + allowance

5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours

Location:  East

Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts of subsidiaries, intercompany billing and assist in period-end closing activities.
• Prepare periodic financial management reports including cash flow reporting, financial schedules, and reconciliations in a timely manner.
• Prepare and submit quarterly GST reporting.
• Prepare sales invoicing and assist Sales Team with the monitoring and updating of sales progress to complete sales fulfilment in a timely manner.
• Assist the Accountant with annual statutory, tax compliance and other regulatory matters (Liaising and coordinating with internal/external auditors and external tax consultants).
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies, procedures and accounting standards, statutory authority and audit requirements.
• Assist in the standardisation and improvement of processes & procedures.
• Manage magazines subscriptions and customer queries, coordinate monthly magazine printing and distribution with publisher and attend to any printing or distribution issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
• Min 1 Year relevant experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
