ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE ($2500-$3800/AWS/VB)ref: BT

$3800 + AWS + VB + allowance

5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours

Location: North

Responsibilities

• Set up accounting records for businesses on cloud accounting system
• Perform entire accounting process in cloud accounting system
• Prepare monthly closing of accounts and generate management reports
• Prepare unaudited annual financial statements
• Prepare income tax and GST returns, resolve tax queries with IRAS
• Liaise with clients throughout the process and provide professional advice to clients on accounting & tax matters
• Process monthly payroll for businesses using cloud payroll software
• Support corporate secretarial function

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Accountancy / professional accounting qualification
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Good knowledge and practical working experience in using tech accounting solutions such as Xero is a plus.
• Technology savvy, proficient in excel
