Location: East
Responsibilities
- Provide financial and administrative services, including journal entries, to support to the Finance & Accounting Team in AR and other reporting.
- Prepare GST reports and submission on a timely basis.
- Prepare invoices, statements and monitor collections.
- Prepare bank reconciliation and monitor petty cash float.
- Process business related claims and reimbursements to employees.
- Assist the Managers in the annual forecast & budgeting exercise and financial audit process.
- Maintain proper inventory control
- Ensure that additional or ad-hoc tasks and projects assigned are completed on a timely basis.
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma
- Minimum 2 years experience in relevant fields
- knowledge of MS Office and accounting software & databases
- Thorough knowledge and understanding of the accounting principles, practices, standards and laws & regulations
