$3500 + AWS + VB + allowance
5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours
Location: Central
Responsibilities
- Handle full sets of accounts AR, AP, GST F5 submission and tax computation
- Perform monthly closing reports, bank reconciliation, schedules and variance analysis as well as yearly financial statements
- Manage debtors’ control to ensure timely collection of trade receivables
- Liaise with Sales department with regard to invoicing and collection matters
- Handle accounts payable functions
- Review payments to suppliers (local and overseas)
- Perform checking to ensure staff claims & expenses valid and accurate
- Record expenses into Navision system
Requirements
- Diploma in Accountancy or ACCA Level 2
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience in full set of accounts for an organisation in Singapore
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word
- Audit experience is a plus
