Location:West
Responsibilities
- Manage working capital which includes working with the management team for timely customers collections, and aligning cash disbursements consistent with incoming cash receipts
- Manage the invoice factoring accounts including the reconciliation of factoring statement
- Manage the cash flows and monitors inter-related companies’ borrowings, and ensure that sufficient funds are available to meet the ongoing operational requirements
- Prepare GIRO settlements for suppliers and workers’ salaries
- Prepare monthly financial statements, and reconciliations/analysis of all balance sheet accounts and bank reconciliation of the company and other related companies
- Prepare quarterly GST returns
- Prepare year end reports for statutory compliance (i.e. ECI and Form C)
- Prepare the monthly debtors statement
Requirements
Bachelor of Accountancy or equivalent
· At least 3 years of experience in accounting position
· Knowledge of finance and accounting
· Knowledge of marine operations, project cost analysis and work-in-progress calculation
