Location: North
Responsibilities
- Handle and maintain full sets of accounts, which include Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payable, Fixed assets and day-to-day function of accounts activities.
- Responsible for month-end closing and reconciliations.
- Responsible for timely preparation of monthly financial reports and schedules.
- Perform timely preparation and submission of GST returns, cash flow forecast and income tax.
- Liaise with auditors, tax agents, suppliers, customers and internal parties.
- Prepare analysis of profit and loss statement and to produce any special reports required by management, control and monitor the cash flow.
- Evaluate and ensure continual improvement in operational efficiency, cost effectiveness and internal controls.
- Any ad-hoc duties as and when assigned by the management.
Requirements
- Degree in Accountancy or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant accounts experience
- Strong working knowledge of Ms Excel and Macro
- Responsible, positive attitude and a good team player
