Location: West
Responsibilities
- Full spectrum of accounts function inclusive of Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payables, General Ledgers, debts collection, fixed assets management, bank recons, maintain petty cash etc
- Liaise with Project Managers and update project status to ensure billings to Clients are on time and align with project milestones
- Check staff timesheet in HRMS system to process payroll
- Check medical claims, travel claims and other expense claims from ERP system
- Source for Grants that Company is eligible, apply and process the claims
- Oversee and maintain overseas companies’ accounts to ensure compliance with local accounting standard and tax
- Support and furnish confidential documents for overseas counterpart’s for project tendering purposes
- Recruitment; on boarding, leave, insurance etc.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Accounts or related discipline
- Prefer min 3 years relevant experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of Labour Laws/MOM Employment applications etc
- Professional and pleasant personality with good written and verbal communication, interpersonal, & organizational skills to compliment their experience in a fast paced working environment
