$3300 + AWS + VB + allowance
5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours
Location: North
Responsibilities
- Able to manage full set of accounts, closing reports.
- Process payments and documents such as invoices, payment vouchers, receipts, staff reimbursements and reconcile statements
- Maintenance and processing of payments from petty cash accounts
- Preparation of monthly accounts and annual accounts reports
- Maintain filing, scanning and documents tracking
- Revenue and expenditure variance analysis
- Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements
- Assist in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings
- Any other ad-hoc duties
Requirements
- Minimum Degree/Diploma in relevant fields ACCA, CPA, or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office with good Excel skills
- Proficient in MOM, CPF and Income Tax statutory regulation is a plus
