$3200 + AWS + VB + allowance
5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours
Location: West
Responsibilities
- Double Entry for Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payables
- To maintain individual AP/AR accounts and make adjustments if and when necessary
- To follow up on invoice discrepancies with Purchasing departments
- Accounts Reconciliation / Bank Recon
- Monthly P/L, BS, TB Closing on ERP System
- Weekly Cashflow
- Monthly Company Project Revenue
- Reporting of Tax Filing (GST / IR8A)
Requirements
- Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
- Computer literate particularly in Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Power Point
- Works well in teams and individually
