Location: North
Responsibilities
- Daily data processing for incoming receipts into SAP system to keep debtors record up to date.
- Daily data processing of credit notes / debit notes for pricing, weight discrepancies, rebate and goods returned.
- Prepares correspondence/queries from customers, including reconciling accounts whenever necessary.
- To contact customers for payment details and any missing payment for invoices.
- Covering duties for other Account Receivable colleagues.
- Any other adhoc duties as and when required.
- Filing and packing of documents for statutory compliance.
Requirements
- At least GCE ‘N’ or ‘O’ Levels
- At least 1-2 years exposure in related experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel and Word.
- Knowledge in S4 Hana and AR would be as added advantage.
