Location: Central
Responsibilities
- Responsible and ensure prompt to perform billing activities in the billing system to meet all billing timeline in an accurate manner.
- Ensure all billing activities are well coordinated to meet customers’ requirement.
- Generate and send out invoices to customers on time.
- Preparation of sales report.
- Follow up with customers for overdue debts and co-ordinate with billing team on disputes.
- Assist in the preparation of spreadsheets, reports and correspondence as required.
- Liaise with external vendor for billing related issues.
- Assist with year-end audit preparation and procedures.
Requirements
- Min Diploma in Accounting.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in billing related functions in Logistic / Supply Chain environment.
- Working knowledge of accounting standards, Taxation/ Employment Act, and statutory requirements in Singapore
- Excellent communication and people engagement skills
