Location: West
Responsibilities
- Generate and input all customer invoices to A/R system.
- Update receipts to A/R system.
- Ensure credit notes & correction to A/R system properly authorized.
- Ensure data integrity in A/R system.
- Assist Cost Accountant in maintaining General Ledger (GL) by preparing and inputting journals into GL promptly.
- Prepare Monthly Margin and financial reports for Business units.
- Costs variance analysis to ensure income statement accuracy.
- Assist Financial Controller in carrying out yearly process compliance audit to ensure that internal controls are adhered.
Requirements
- Minimum Dip in Accountancy
- With 1 – 2 years of relevant experience.
- Working knowledge of accounting standards, Taxation/ Employment Act, and statutory requirements in Singapore
- Flexible and proactive attitude.
