$4K + AWS + VB + allowance
5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours
Location: East
Responsibilities
- General office admin, house-keeping and organization
- Handling HR matters such as job postings, interviews, contracts and foreign worker matters
- Answering of phone calls and taking messages
- Assist with appointment scheduling
- Enter bills and invoice creation on XERO
- Processing of claims, payments and expenses
- Creating local and overseas purchase orders for materials
- Monitoring status of purchases
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in relevant fields
- 2 years of relevant work experience
- Proficient in MS office and accounting software (XERO would be an advantage)
- Good organizational and communication skills
