$3500 + AWS + VB + allowance
5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours
Location: Central
Responsibilities
- Prepare full set of accounts (AP, AR and GL) for multiple entities, including data entry into accounting system
- AP duties include verifying vendor invoices with supporting documents and issuing payments
- AR duties include monitoring aging report, sending Statement of Accounts, following-up on outstanding debts and recording incoming payment
- Handle bank reconciliation and manage cash book
- Prepare statutory financial statements and management reports
- Monitor cash flow and prepare monthly forecast
- Prepare GST returns, assist in Corporate Tax filing for the assigned companies
- Liaise with auditors, tax agents and external service provider
Requirements
- Professional qualifications or Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent
- Min. 3 years of experience in Construction field
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexible and proactive attitude.
