5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours

Location: CBD

Responsibilities

• Reporting to holding Finance Director (Based in Beijing) and handling a full spectrum of finance functions by preparing monthly management reports.
• Prepare Information, data requests from shareholders in China.
• Reconciliation of inter-co transaction and to ensure no discrepancies.
• Financial analysis and forecasting, Budgeting.
• Liaise with Bankers for banking facilities and maintenance of facility usage.
• Maintenance of Fixed deposit placement and uplifting.
• Consolidate cash flow budgeting from the project department for cash flow planning and management.
• Plan, execute and complete the audit, ensure statutory and tax compliance for the company.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
• At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Have experience in MYOB software.
• Process good and clear communication skills in order to liaise with the associates and personnel at various levels throughout the organization.
