$4500 + AWS + VB + allowance

Responsibilities
- Review of subsidiaries’ monthly accounts, reporting packages and tax filing documents, and responsible for accurate and timely month-end closing and tax filing of subsidiaries
- Performance of variance analysis and preparation of key management financial reports
- Monitoring cash flows and capital requirements of subsidiaries
- Provision of guidance on accounting issues to regional subsidiaries
- Drafting of statutory financial statements
- Liaise with outsourced accountant, company secretary, auditor and tax consultant of subsidiaries
- Co-ordination of Group forecasting and budgetary process
- Maintain and ensure compliance to accounting policies, guidelines and internal control systems as laid down by Head Office
Requirements
- Min Degree in Financial Accounting or any relevant filed.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge of Singapore income tax rules, procedures and guidelines is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
