Responsibilities
- Responsible for quarterly GST and monthly Witholding Tax submission Responsible for monthly rolling forecast
- Ensure timely and accurate AP processing for partial month-end closing Perform analysis of Profit & Loss
- Ensure that uploading of staff claims to SAP are processed and verified based on company’s policy
- Responsible for balance sheet item management, booking for GIRO payment
- Maintain and update vendor information in financial system
- To support audit requirements on annual stock take
- Assist in preparation of annual budgeting
- Liaise with external auditors
Requirements
- Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in Ms Office, especially in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
- Experienced in GST & Witholding Tax; knowledge in SAP is a plus.
