$5K + AWS + VB + allowance

5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours

Location: Central

Responsibilities

• To maintain the books of accounts in a software (cloud preferred) of the company.
• Make all the payments through internet from banks & collect all fees & receivables from the client.
• Preparing weekly cash balance report, sending out to clients through email the outstanding balance from the clients for settlement.
• Prepare the financial statements of the accounting firm & the affiliated companies globally.
• Assist the auditors in providing information & completing the audit & tax related work of the accounting firm & the affiliated companies globally.
• Maintain the HR work of the firm & affiliated companies for all staff, digitally through HR software & monitor & issue appointment letter, testimonials, salary statement & making of CPF contributions.
• Communicate with insurance companies to get the firm & the affiliated companies insured sufficiently & to carry out all the related matters.
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements

• Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft offices and computer skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
