5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours
Location: Islandwide
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with warehouses, carriers, and service providers to actively monitor shipments
- Proactively manage delayed shipments and work with international carriers to devise recovery strategies to meet service level agreements (SLA)
- Active track/trace/monitoring of shipments displayed in the Network Management Center
- Collaborate with team members to create and provide presentations on carrier / vendor performance
- Ensure regional / global operational Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met
- Action and advise all carrier and customer directed inquiries
- Maintain proficiency on all CC systems and other tools
- Coordinate and execute handoffs to appropriate parties for claims, root cause analysis, and investigations
Requirements
- 2-5 years of transportation and logistics experience
- International Import/Export experience, IATA Certification and/or Broker’s License a plus
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Solution driven
- Well-versed in Microsoft Office or Google Business tools, particularly database systems
