5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours
Location: Central
Responsibilities
- Manage Account Receivable and prompt collection of receivables
- Partial Account Payable – invoice data entries
- Manage petty cash disbursement for venues and support office
- Ensure timely submission of bank in and daily float reconciliation for all venues’ sales takings
- Bank reconciliation
- Assist in month end closing reports and journals
- Render support in yearly audit and preparation of audit schedules
- Assist in venues’ audit and other ad-hoc jobs/duties
Requirements
- Minimum LCCI or Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
- Good to have knowledge on accounting software – Microsoft Dynamic (Finance and Operations)
- Well versed in Microsoft Excel and Word
