$2700 + AWS + VB + allowance
5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours
Location: West
Responsibilities
- Responsible to handling partial accounts with GL experience.
- Generate monthly financial schedules required by Seniors/ Group finance manager/ CFO.
- Handling AR invoices.
- Preparing monthly customers SOA and perform reconciliation between customer and books outstanding balances.
- Liaise with seniors and ensure all the cost/expenses are properly allocated to respective project.
- Liaise with purchasing dept closely to follow up the pending purchase orders/ delivery orders/ suppliers invoices.
- Handling fixed assets registrations.
- Maintained all accounting records according to current filing system.
Requirements
- Diploma/ Degree/ ACCA / LCCI in accounting or other relevant field
- Min 2 years of relevant working experiences
- Proficient in MS word and excel
- Good Interpersonal and communication skills
