Senior Purchasing Executive (MNC/ $4K-$5500+AWS+VB) ref:JT

• Works closely with suppliers to drive Supply Chain Speed improvements through improved lead-times and delivery to support customer service objectives
• Execute PO timely, contracts, agreements and terms / conditions for Sites’ purchases
• Administers & monitor PO to Stock activities to ensure material availability
• Maintains purchasing parameter integrity in Sites business systems (Oracle) and supports Commodity Managers
• Strong ability to engage internal & external stakeholders collaboratively & derive solutions for any projects/ assignment tasked.
• Conducts monthly reviews/ engagement with Key Suppliers and internal stakeholders for opportunities for improvements.

• Min Diploma in relevant discipline
• Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience in the manufacturing environment
• Working knowledge of MRP (Oracle) and MS office software
• Knowledge of Lean Techniques, ISO 9002 Quality System and Inventory Management will be an added advantage
• Have the negotiation skills and ability to work with suppliers
