Customer Service Management Officer ($2K-$3K/Central) ref:JT

Location: Central
Salary Range: $2K-3K + AWS + VB

  • Provide  support and services to clients
  • Preparation of monthly fund forecast and management reports
  • Manage sales quotations to customers, prospects and leads
  • Check and follow up closely with clients to ensure all orders are processed in an accurate and timely manner
  • Liaison with both customers and sales team on rates quotation and renewal of quotations
  • To provide support for Account Management

Requirements

  • ‘O’ Level / Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent
  • With 1 – 2 year(s) of relevant working experience on order processing and quotation
  • No experience are welcome to apply
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
