Location: Central
Responsibilities
- Provide support in learning & development activities in the company
- Identify and implement workplace learning need.
- Conduct orientation training for new employees.
- Design and conduct training briefing in the company with business development unit for employees.
- Maintain and review training course schedule
- Design and create training content and resources
- Manage Learning Management System
- Support the development of training roadmap
Requirements
- Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in using Excel function or Data Analytics tools is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
