Responsibilities
- Work closely APAC account management team to lead and support the preparation and submission of tenders
- Analyze tender specifications and Coordinate with multiple stakeholders including local offices and central procurement teams to ensure high quality and competitive offers
- Develop a project plan and time schedule for adequate pricing analysis, internal review and evaluation in-line with the global tender management process.
- Maintain records of tenders in internal reports and tender document management system
Requirements
- Diploma in SCM/Logistics/Business Administration
- 2 years experience in the freight forwarding/logistics industry
- Advanced MS-Excel is mandatory (Application of Excel functions such as VLOOKUP,INDEX-MATCH, CONCATENATE, PIVOT etc.)
