Responsibilities
- Manage the administration of each programme from pre-programme to post-programme stage
- Assist in the operations and co-ordinations of each programme
- Support in the initiative of social/funding/grant projects
- Manage and maintain administrative documentations pertaining to the programmes
- Maintain course attendance, database, digital platform accounts and programme reporting
- Manage programme schedule, payment voucher and training hours
- Any other duties and work as and when directed by the superior or Management
Requirements
- Min diploma in any field
- Min 1 year in eduation industry
- Proficient in Google applications (i.e. google calendar, google drive, etc.) / Zoom application / Digital platforms (i.e. kahoot, nearpod, etc.)
- Possess excellent communication skills and coordination
