2 Years Contract
Working hours:
– 8.30am – 8.30pm & 1pm – 1am (Rotating Shift)
– 2 work days, 2 days off
Work location: Kaki Bukit Office
Responsibilities
- Draft professional email respond back to customer
- Handle multiple customer service calls
- Assist to download, install and uninstall application on smart TV operation and mobile
phone - Perform basic troubleshooting of PC and software
- Basic IT knowledge
Requirements
- Min 1 year customer Service Skills
- Familiar with internet surfing on the PC
- Ability to handle difficult customers
- Open to rotating shift
