Responsibilities
- Responsible to coordinate with overseas suppliers / vendors in maintaining product brands’ portfolio and disseminate updates to Business Units and overseas subsidiaries
- Create and maintain updated marketing collaterals and product SKUs
- Compile and consolidate costing, purchase and sales trend information in the assigned business territories
- Maintain and update pricing and product master data, websites, social media and B2B platforms
- Prepare presentation materials when required
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in any discipline
- Min.1 year of working experience in deskbound administration work
- Proficient in MS applications like Microsoft Excel V Lookup for data analysis and Microsoft Power Point for presentation
- Organized, meticulous and comfortable with numbers
