Responsibilities
- Assist in design marketing content for presentation and display to event client
- Handle phone calls and written enquiries
- Negotiate with clients to reach a sales agreement, handling the signing of agreements, churning out the Event/Catering Order, et
- Support on-site event execution
- Raise billing requests to bill the customer after an event and ensure that all admin matters are dealt wit
- Handle customer’s enquiries on bills
Requirements:
- Diploma / ‘A’ levels qualification with 1-2 years of sales / marketing / admin experience or equivalent, preferably in Food & Beverage / Hospitality / Event-organising related industry
- Possess good coordination skills
- Proficient in MS Office
