Responsibilities
- Define and manage the company’s social e-commerce vision, business plan and operations strategy roadmap
- Lead the strategy and execution of social e-commerce operation to meet the sales target of the company, including sales and promotion planning and execution, digital marketing, order management
- Formulate brand development strategies and digital marketing strategies
- Identify the potential consumer group, understand the trends in the market and conduct brand related surveys
- Promote key opinion leaders and enhance customers’ experience
- Develop new and creative business opportunities to drive top-line growth and bottom-line profitability
- Drive effective management of the social e-commerce operations through sales, customers’ satisfaction and profitability
- Manage the implementation of action plans, monitor them regularly and amend modifications
- Develop policies and procedures that increase operational effectiveness
- Track and report KPIs progress on a regular basis
- Develop and manage budgets, costs, projections, and profitability
- Stay up to date with social e-commerce trends
Requirements
- Bachelor / Master’s Degree in Business Management or equivalent
- Min 10 years of relevant experience in a e-commerce management/business development role
- Experience working with social e-commerce platforms
- Project management skills
- Ability to lead diverse teams and manage multiple stakeholders (interface between multiple players)
