Monitor & follow up on Building Services project sales from tender to awarding to customers
Lobbying of project, Negotiation with client
Discussion with M&E Consultants, Obtain Approval
Raise Sales Order and follow up on overdue debts

Qualifications:
Min Diploma or Degree in Engineering field such as Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
At least 3-5 years of engineering experience in HVAC/Fire-protection/P&S industry
Possess own car
Communication, negotiation and presentation skills
