Responsibilities
- Responsible for growing account revenue and accountable to the assigned accounts and developing deep customer relationship
- Understanding customers’ needs, coordinate proposals from presales and provide a concise quotation for their consideration
- Follow up, expedite and liaise with customers in all matters relating to the projects, payment, renewal and events / training; ensure customers are satisfied with deliverables
- Coordinate Tender Briefing and lead Bid Review with Presales and accountable for ensuring completion and quality of tender proposal in conjunction with pre-sales teams
- Track and ensure that timelines are met and updates are submitted to other functional teams
Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in any field
- 1 -2 years experience in SI environment
- Possess excellent sales Presentation and communication
- Negotiation & Commercial Acumen
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools (ie; Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
- Sales And Opportunity Analysis
