Salary Range: $4.8K + Commission

Responsibilities
- User Administration Support – Change management, Add/ Change/ Remove
- Software Operation Support, Daily application support & Incident and Problem analysis
- Asset Management, Application software package version tracking & End of support dates tracking
- Admin Compliance – Appropriate client related courses Email, Meetings, Service Reporting
- Assist in Vendor Management:
- Handling of all liaisons and escalations to Software vendor
- Managing Software vendor with respect to problems escalated to them
Requirements:
- A Degree/Diploma in Computer Science
- At least 2-3 years’ experience in Internet technology in LINUX platform
- RHCE or RHCSA certified Linux engineer will be advantageous.
