Location: Central
Responsibilities
- To present organization in providing effective IT solutions to meet client’s needs and requirements
- To manage client’s IT infrastructures and provide customized design on IT infrastructure according to clients’ requests
- In charge for providing customer support to optimize customer satisfaction and to meet SLAs requirements
- Provision and implementation of Network, Firewall, Servers and IT Security Solutions configuration
- To develop IT security policies and procedures and ensure parodic audit are carried out
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in BS Computer Science or equivalent
- MCSE/MCSA and/or CCNA Certified is a plus
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Windows Server administration, AD and Group Policy Management
- Familiar in implementation of Network, Servers and Backup Systems
- Knowledge of VMware and Lotus Domino an added advantage
- Resourceful in solution finding
